Hawk Product System — Gitant & Lark Standalone
We've tightened how we talk about GrayCode on the site — same products, clearer story.
The stack today
Hawk is the primary product. Eyrie, Trace, Tok, Yaad, Inspect, and Sight are support capability repos designed to ship behind the Hawk CLI with shared context — when Hawk releases.
Gitant and Lark are standalone products — separate from Hawk, with their own pages and coming-soon cards on the homepage.
That means one Hawk product with integrated capabilities, plus two future standalone products in the GrayCode line. Not nine separate products.
Skills stay inside Hawk
12,147 community skills are indexed in hawk-community-skills — planned as a built-in Hawk capability (hawk skills search / hawk skills install when the agent ships). Not a separate product tier.
Setup got easier
Keys, gateways, and models live in the in-terminal Setup panel (/config). Eyrie now routes through 11 gateways, including Kimi and Xiaomi. Pick a model once — it syncs into your live session.
Pricing for solo developers
We removed the Team tier from the site. Nest is free and open source today — Hawk and its integrated capabilities, MIT licensed. Sync (coming soon) adds power features for daily work with agents — unlimited Yaad memory, parallel Inspect crawls, and more. Weave (coming soon) is the full GrayCode line with Gitant and Lark integrated through Hawk.
