Agreement
By using GrayCode (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
GrayCode is building an open-source CLI called Hawk with integrated support capabilities (in development), plus Gitant and Lark as standalone products planned for later. The core CLI will be licensed under MIT on the Nest plan. Sync and Weave are paid plans for developers working with agents.
Your responsibilities
- You provide your own API keys for LLM providers (Claude, Codex, Gemini, Ollama, OpenRouter, etc.)
- You are responsible for any costs from your API provider
- You won't use the Service for anything illegal
- You won't attempt to reverse-engineer Sync or Weave features
Open source
The core Hawk CLI is MIT-licensed on Nest. You can use, modify, and distribute it freely. Paid plans (Sync, Weave) are governed by these Terms.
Payments
Sync and Weave subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Privacy
The CLI runs locally. We don't access your code, API keys, or data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect for the website and paid tiers.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We're not liable for any damages from using the Service, including code changes made by AI agents. Always review AI-generated code before shipping.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or on the website.
